REGULATE, DON'T BAN, MARIJUANA

Those who don't appreciate marijuana smoke at concerts should be at
the forefront of the wave to legalize and regulate marijuana

If there were smoking areas for smokers, I am sure they would be used.

With prohibition, smokers seek safety in numbers as enforcement would
create a riot.

If prohibitionists don't like the situation, they have only
themselves to blame for supporting a policy that creates a regulatory
black hole.
