ONE EASY SOLUTION
THERE is an easy and common sense solution to the prison overcrowding
problem in Texas: Reserve jails and prisons for those who intentionally
harm others against their will.
Taxpayers of Texas should be tired of paying for room, board and
education on how to become a "real" criminal. Legalizing illegal drugs
would make the term "drug-related crime" obsolete.
