CREATIVE, TALENTED PEOPLE SMOKE MARIJUANA
Add the Bard of Avon, William Shakespeare, to the list of "tokers" that
include, among others, jazz giant Louis Armstrong, revered astronomer Carl
Sagan and durable (20-year careers) NBA legends Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and
Robert Parish. When compared to ardent prohibitionists such as Bill
Clinton, Nancy Reagan and the Journal's own Mark Patinkin, the message is
clear: "Don't bogart that joint, pass it over to me."
