ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS WILL REMOVE DARE
The Drug Abuse Resistance Education program will not be taught in Council
Bluffs elementary schools next year.
"We have studied the DARE program, and a two-year federal government study
shows that DARE is not effective," said Jo Campbell, assistant superintendent.
