FINE UPSTANDING FORMER ADDICTS - WHERE ARE YOU?

Now see, apparently this so-called safe injecting room is a good idea
because if the addicts die they can be brought back to life quick smart
without anyone having to injure themselves by dialling 000.

The theory goes that if you give them all the heroin they want, when they
want it, one day they won't want it any more and, therefore, cease to be
addicts, and sail out of the SIR to go on to become Fine Upstanding
Community Members. Isn't that an interesting theory? Hands up all you
former heroin addicts who are now fine upstanding members of the community.
