FOOD FOR THOUGHT
As a local author and campaigner for the Cannabis plant I receive daily
e-mails from around the world on the Cannabis issue. Believe you me I have
boxes of them but today's three which were quite inspiring and if allowed I
shall share a little of their content.
First of was a report from PA News about a Police Detective Inspector who
claimed he suffered breathing difficulties after being exposed to dust from
strong Cannabis plants. Northumbrian Police are now reviewing their storage
and handling facilities of such plants the second e-mail was a report from
the Finical Times which gives us an even better solution to this little
problem.
Police are at last being given the go ahead to adopt a more flexible
approach towards cannabis use, the Metropolitan Police said after a
successful pilot scheme in South London .So now they don't need to waste
time and funds on a plant, but can put it to far better use on hard drugs.
So if I haven't sent you reeling from your armchair yet you may like to
know of the third one swooping the net an idea from LCA Legalize Cannabis
Alliance, that we fill in our religion boxes within the census with the
word Cannabis if enough did it would strictly speaking create a new
religion. Food for thought
My regards Mrs. S. Day
