NEEDLE POINT
E.D. Webber (Letters, April 20) is dead wrong when he says " there is no
such thing as 'drug-related' crime". Last year some friends of mine enjoyed
a holiday away. When they returned they found their home had been broken
into and the usual items stolen. On the telephone table was a scrawled
note: "Sorry, heroin.''
