HUTCHINSON EXPECTED TO BE NEXT DEA CHIEF

WASHINGTON -- President Bush is expected to name Rep. Asa Hutchinson, an
Arkansas Republican with a long interest in drug issues, as the new head of
the Drug Enforcement Administration, White House officials said.

Hutchinson, 50, who was one of the House managers during the impeachment
trial of former President Clinton, is a former U.S. attorney in Arkansas
who once prosecuted Clinton's brother, Roger Clinton, on drug charges.
