POT PROMOTERS ACT LIKE SPOILED CHILDREN
To the editor:
Regarding the front page article in the May 6 Capital News; I find the
whole concept of legalizing cannabis distasteful at best.
Marijuana users do come from all walks of life, but the one thing they
share is their selfish, short-sighted irresponsibility.
People often make poor choices but it would be nice if everyone learned
from them and in the process matured, rather than remaining at the
emotional age of 13 or so. Cannabis is a drug. An illegal drug.
One fellow in that recent article said that it was "no worse than the legal
drugs."
Let us examine the company I believe he is referring to: tobacco and alcohol
