RX POT UP IN SMOKE

Once again, the judges' hammer comes down, and another nail is placed in
the coffin of democracy. The Supreme Court's latest decision against
medical marijuana ignores the will of the voters and defies both the ninth
and 10th amendments. With this decision, the government again shows there
is no limit to the despicable conduct it will condone in its unholy crusade
against drugs. From murdering missionaries and sponsoring death squads in
other countries to the use of police state tactics and the shredding of the
Constitution here. This determination to ignore state laws and replace a
doctor's informed decision on patient treatment with that based on their
own ignorance is unconscionable and detestable.
