SETTING OUT THEIR STALLS IN A POLITICAL MARKETPLACE
MISCHIEVIOUS school children and soldiers have discovered a new wheeze to
wind up their superiors, according to the Legalise Cannabis Alliance.
The party which extols the virtues of the hemp plant and the medical uses
of cannabis is calling for an end to the prohibition of pot.
Like many parties it frequently receives requests for joining details and
information about its cause.
But Norwich-based party leader Alun Buffry, who is planning to stand in
Norwich South, has also been receiving calls from embarrassed head
teachers, and even an army general, politely asking not to be sent any more
literature.
Apparently students and squaddies who believe their moral guardians should
broaden their horizons have been contacting the organisation on their behalf.
