POT PENALTIES
Editor -- Kudos for publishing several articles on
Sunday, May 21, about medicinal cannabis issues. However, unbroached
in those articles was the rarely discussed but primary issue: whether
there is anything about cannabis use or abuse that justifies
incarcerating the user/abuser?
If it's merely because "it's against the law," then Congress may pass
laws prohibiting almost any act or thought.
