WHY ASSUME ADDICTS ARE VICTIMIZED?
RE: KERRY Diotte's Feb. 18 column.
Why does Diotte assume that these addicts are being victimized
through this drug-recognition training? I'm a police officer who
deals with drug and alcohol addicts daily, and I would bet that these
people are shown more respect and compassion by the police than they
are by members of the public and media. It looks like Diotte has
found his new Overtime story. How many months do we have to read
about this before you move on to your next anti-police rant?
