CONVICTED FELONS

How do we end the senseless cycle of arresting
criminals, then releasing them, only to have them back in our
neighborhoods committing other crimes? The S.C. Exile Act would impose
a mandatory five-year sentence, without parole, for convicted violent
offenders committing crimes with guns, for drug dealers with guns and
for those carrying guns on school grounds with malicious intent.
Legislation like the Exile Act works when enforced. Let's put the word
out and get this legislation passed and enforced. Our streets and
neighborhoods belong to the law-abiding citizen.
