AIDE: BUSH PROBABLY SCOLDED DAUGHTERS
The White House chief of staff says he suspects President Bush probably has
said something like, "Cut it out," to his twin 19-year-old daughters, who
have been in the news recently for underage drinking.
The president, first lady Laura Bush and their daughters, Jenna and
Barbara, spent the past few days at the Bush ranch in Crawford, Texas, and
aide Andres Card said, "I'm sure that this was a quality, family weekend."
The daughters are on the cover of this week's People magazine with the
headline, "Oops, They Did It Again" - media attention that Card said was "sad."
