RESEARCH SAYS DARE DOESN'T WORK

It's telling that Cpl. Sean Neary had to resort to attacking DARE critics
with the 21st Century equivalent of red-baiting - that is, legalizer-baiting.

I think a much more powerful argument can be made for Cpl. Neary writing
letters in favour of the failed DARE program so he can keep his job. If one
were to examine the "numerous research papers" available, they would find
they all point to the same conclusion: DARE doesn't work.

A question for Cpl. Neary: is your opinion official RCMP policy? I would
like to know if my tax dollars meant for policing are instead being spent
on imported American anti-drug propaganda.
