PROHIBITION DOOMED TO FAIL
So, nearly one-third of all prison inmates tested for drugs last year
returned a positive test (The Post, June 14).
How long will it be before the Government, which promised much and has
delivered nothing on cannabis reform, realises that prohibition is
doomed to fail?
After all, if cannabis can't be kept out of our prisons, how can we
ever pretend it can be kept off our streets?
