DEVELOP INDUSTRIAL HEMP TO HELP FARMERS

Dear Editor,

I think Gov. Ryan is behind the curve on the industrial hemp -- we
should develop it, if possible, to have a new crop for the farmer.

One of these days, we will be getting cloth and other products from
Singapore and Bangladesh and China, made from hemp. Maybe not
tomorrow, but in the near future.

If we have $60 million to help the aircraft industry, why not spend
some to help the farmers, the backbone of our country?
