ORGANIZED CRIME CONTROLS IT
I have several concerns after reading the recent story on marijuana.
First, it is not the pot folks who control the marijuana industry.
Organized crime does. People are being killed, intimidated and even
sold into slavery. You get the picture?
Second, B.C. Marijuana Party president Marc Emery is quoted as saying
that the police will be "called before a court of inquiry, once
marijuana is legalized, to explain 30 years of state-sponsored
terrorism." That's just plain dumb.
Third, this same article indicates that Emery makes "$1 million a
year selling seeds." I sincerely hope he is paying the appropriate
taxes on this money he is collecting which contributes to the misery
of so many.
Revenue Canada should wake up and check this guy out.
