CHARGING LANDLORDS WILL TURN THEM FROM THE LAW
To the editor:
The editorial, "Landlords have reason to complain," in the Wednesday, July
4 Capital News, is an example why the drug war is a failure.
Fines on the landlords for grow operations on their rented premises will
turn the landlords against law enforcement.
This is a clear case of penalizing the innocent for a crime they did not
commit.
