TYRANNICAL POLICY COMES FROM THE U.S.
Editor:
Re your July 6 story: Controversial city bylaw could be in effect soon:
Langley City council's enthusiasm for a policy based on police state
coercion and terror, forcing citizens to spy on each other, is shocking.
While this level of corruption and tyranny might be appropriate for
Americans, (being a U.S.-based policy), I don't believe it represents the
kind of society that the Canadian people desire for themselves.
