RAPPER ODB TO DO TIME FOR DRUG POSSESSION
New York -- Rapper ODB, who pleaded guilty in April to drug charges, was
sentenced on Wednesday to two to four years in prison. The judge also
recommended that authorities determine whether ODB -- whose real name is
Russell Jones -- needs psychiatric or substance-abuse treatment. Jones was
arrested in July, 1999, when police found cocaine and marijuana in his car
after he ran a red light.
