SENATE CONFIRMS AGENCY HEAD
Representative Asa Hutchinson, an Arkansas Republican who was a House
prosecutor in former President Bill Clinton's impeachment trial, won
Senate confirmation to lead the Drug Enforcement Administration. Mr.
Hutchinson said he would decide when to resign from the House after
conferring with the White House.
