CONTROLS ARE NEEDED ON ADDICTIVE DRUG

Sir,

Using cannabis as an easy-going relief for painful medical conditions is
nearly Proven beyond doubt.

Unfortunately, as many suffering people could testify, taken in excess,
this hallucinogenic drug could possibly be potentially damaging, to oneself
or others, in many unpredictable ways.

Surely, if cannabis were to be made legal, there would need to be controls
in the form of medical prescriptions to prevent drug abuse cases or
over-dependency on this addictive drug.
