ADULTS OLD ENOUGH TO DECIDE ON DRUGS
To the editor:
Re: Drug Problems Begin At Home, (The Daily News, July 30).
Staff Sgt. James Templeton and professor Cameron Wild are both wrong. The
drug problem is no more a law-enforcement issue or a health issue than
hanging witches was or lynching blacks was or gassing Jews was. It is a
human-rights issue. Free adults have the right to ingest any drug, however
harmful - period.
