The Brit Awards Rehab Booboo

I was not impressed!

Take it from me - the Brit Awards displayed a little too much support
for drug addiction on TV. If it wasn't, the host Russell Brand's
comments about going into drug rehabilitation, we heard it in a
stupid song titled Rehab by Amy Winehouse. Even her name speaks of
drinking. Believe me, the Grammy awards observed more self-control
than the Brits as far as poking fun at drug usage. It seems it's the
hot thing to do - go to rehab. Even Brittany Spears was said to have
gone to rehab, leaving with the words, "This isn't for me!" Then she
came out with a bald head and tattoos. Yep, she's done the rehab
thing and now she's come out with flying colours.

What are these celebs telling kids today - if you take drugs or
drink, you can always go to rehab? Even the celebs do rehab. We
forget our kids are impressionable.

Take it from Chris Rock, "I don't get high, but sometimes I wish I
did. That way, when I messed up in life I would have an excuse. But
right now there's no rehab for stupidity."
