POLICE DESERVE SUPPORT FOR PINCHING DEALERS
Editor, Times-Dispatch: It was very gratifying to read about the excellent
work Richmond's police officers did in arresting 28 suspected drug dealers
and looking for 15 more. Folks living in East End communities must be
especially pleased.
It will be interesting to see how Richmond's courts deal with these
offenders when they are brought before the bar.
