IS THIS THE WAY TO GO?
One of the headlines on page A9 of Monday's Journal should have been
enough to cause a policy review at the highest levels of federal
government. It read:
"COMPLEX: Terror fight to mirror war on drugs, officials say."
Do we really want to fight another war the way we've been fighting
the war on drugs? That's been going on for some time now, and the
number of victories declared seems embarrassingly small.
