FAILED FADE SHOULD LOSE ITS FUNDING
The mental corruption that goes with America's lunatic drug crusade let's a
drug warrior's casual remark about stealing people's property through
forfeiture go without comment. Eighty percent of the forfeiture account
FADE Director Bob Jessie speaks of came from people who were never even
charged with a drug crime.
Our delirious drug warriors rob and plunder the innocent like the high
sheriff of Nottingham to pay for their idiotic and long failed drug war.
The citizens of Kentucky would be wise to de-fund the FIVCO Area Drug
Enforcement Task Force entirely since they are obviously having zero effect
on drug dealing when they are buying ``larger quantities than normal" year
after year. If these degenerate narcs were succeeding, drug use would be
falling. Instead, they admit that drug trafficking is bigger than ever.
It's time to accept the fact that drug prohibition is a more destructive
failure than alcohol prohibition and to remember that Eliot Ness and the
revenuers never put the booze barons out of business. Repeal and a
regulated market for adult alcohol use did that.
Regulation works for alcohol and regulation will work for drugs.
Prohibition, on the other hand, never works.
