THREAT OF LIBERTARIANISM
In response to John Michael Flint's Sept. 19 community column ("America
should tune out Falwell and his dark agenda"): Thank God our country was
founded on the Ten Commandments and not the Libertarian option, which
states, "Let peaceful, honest people decide for themselves what to eat,
drink, read or smoke and how to dress, medicate themselves or make love
without fear of criminal penalties." That puts the stamp of approval on
everything from drugs to homosexuality. Thank God most Americans are either
Democrat or Republican.
