LEGITIMATE DRUG MARKET WOULD HINDER TERRORISTS

Thanks so much for printing Dean Becker's letter. I am in complete
agreement. The extraordinary amounts of cash flowing to the taliban via the
opium trade would be virtually annihilated by a legitimate, regulated
market. The drug war is funding international terrorism. Now, can we stop
the drug war?
