 | » soyfunk said @ Thu Nov 2, 2006 @ 1:43pm nope. that's two phone numbers. they just started with ASEAN standardized liscence plates. you're supposed to pay for it when you buy your vehicle but most people can't afford to pay it so they make up their own plates at the dealer. |
