in essence, right now when u click on messages it opens a frame to the right with RIm and stuff , and keeps the referer page in the left frame... i think the old in/out message screen should still be in the left frame AND the noframes content, in oder to a) ensure backwards compatibility with brain cuz people are used to stuff, b) allow for people with weird browsers that either fuck up or dont even support frames
