The racoon drain is near Valois train station.
Get on the VIA tracks adjacent to the commuter tracks (be careful, those trains ain't stoppin' for you) and walk towards downtown. You will see the entrance eventually. Towards the highway is a short walk that exits on a beach, the other way leads to a labyrinth of tunnels and pipes.

p.s djAmalgam, thanks for tipping off Sjean about the brewery. That trip basically kick-started my group.

The brewery is pretty hard to get into at this point, I suspect because a lot of people have been in and out since I first posted our gallery on UEM. (Including us a couple of times)

UEM's been planning a return trip for awhile, so if any of you go, try not to attract any attention, I want to be able to visit the place one last time!

Another abandonned place to check out would be Jenkins Valve.
