Look.. I think the problem these days has to do with the narrow mindedness of the up and coming raver. Many of them are just not that into music, and they simply "love" whatever kinda of beat was playing on their first wave of e. I love it hard and fast, and will trip equally well on hc, hhc, gabber, hard trance, freeform... etc... but I also love all types of trance, house, techno, breaks, jungle, dnb, etc etc... if there was a rave that mixed it all up.. I'd be so down... but most kids these days would sit down for whatever style wasn't "theirs". Shit.. I remember old school raves with hip hop sets tossed in with rappers and stuff... I mean.. a whole night... not a chance.. but a 30 minute hip hop set can sometimes just get you into a new mindstate and I don't know... EXPAND your musical tastes or something...

I don't know.. the endgame is always long as hell.. but that's because I play with bastards... they save "Just When It Couldn'T Get Any Worse..." and "Bad Sense of Direction" and that one where you get 10 Zombies and all that for the end... and it just turns into everyone dashing for the helicopter and more and more zombies pouring in from nowhere... I liked the movie and the book, but I also view them as seperate. The movie was a good vampire movie, and the book was a good vampire book. If you gotta know, my taste for vampires is related to the WhiteWolf games, and if you haven't, some of the fiction associated with the setting is amazing (some of it is trite bullshit too of course). I like the tragic anti-hero Vampire, clinging to his/her humanity or reveling in a debaucherous unlife to try and beat the pain of his/her damnation. And I always thought of vampires as somewhat bi-sexual... very sensual always, but their attraction to another person would have very little to do gender. And yeah, I didn't read QotD, but I booed the movie. I went with someone who read the book and he said "It was like the writer was reading the book, saying to himself 'this is good stuff' and then suddenly be told to write the script, even though he was only about 50 pages in. So he just jumps to the last chapter, skims over it, and writes the screenplay." Horrible movie.

You're lucky then, a friend of mine worked at an SPCA when there was an unforseen influx if kitties. Of course, the sick, old, ugly, too young ones were the first to go, but eventually they had to put down perfectly healthy cats just because of space shortage :(

At least they say its rather painless, just slowing down and stopping... ugh.. I can't imagine ever abandoning an animal. At least... not a cat. (I am a cat person hardcore)

A friend of mine who is a fan said the same thing, she wants to read the book just to see how Anne pulls of actually personifying Satan. I don't know... maybe I never gave her a real chance... I have very strange likes and dislikes when it comes to fiction dealing with supernaturals. Some things just rub me the wrong way. For instance, it was always a pet-peeve of mine that Anne Rice's vampires needed to sleep in coffins... never made sense to me. Yes, they are dead, but why is a coffin neccesary? Oh... of course... Lestat didn't need a coffin to survive over a hundred years in a swamp... I guess I'm just a stickler for things like that... I must say though, "Interview" was one of my favorite vampire flicks of all time.

I kinda figured as much, I was actually hoping for the exact formula that was used... just to satiate my own 4:00 am curiousity... I slept through Zombies!!! and now I'm up.. lotta good that sleep did me.. fack!

I was wondering what effected our "coolness" rating... it's not just our post number... trying to figure out what else is involved.

My story is an exaggeration of actual events. What actually happened was I was fucked off my ass, and wearing the same clothes I had been camping in. They thought I was some screwed up junkie (in reality I was very hungover and on a SLIGHT mdma down) and kept manhandling me as I tried (I was messed up enough that my french was failing me) to explain that I was just walking home. They had me spread eagle on the cruiser and found my wallet, realized that I had valid ID, cash, etc, and no drugs on my person, and then let me go. I get the feeling that if I didn't have my wallet I would've been treated to a trip to the station.
