Just the ink, some varnishes still contain heavy duty chemicals. Our rapport annuel (Salette Power lol) was for Tourisme Québec it was on Enviro 100 and when looking for spot varnish or anything coated they turned us down, not because of cost, but because of the environmental impact the brochure may have.

Enviro 100 isn't that hard to print on, I get jobs done on it constantly. It looks like shit though, it's fricken 100% post consumer what do you expect, plus it's totally matte and getting it coated pretty much beats the purpose of having this type of paper.

With so much money involved, you'd think they could afford a decent graphic designer, that flyer is disgusting.
