Euuhhh, I hope my b-day party isn't in there... It was a private party and guess who showed up? Guess I got caught too :S (the fact that I was turbo drunk didn't help)

Yeah, it was a good night, but I wouldn't want to be in a movie I didn't know I was in.

you can't let people delete photos because other people can put those same photos up and then who has the sole right of ownership?

Erm, ownership has nothing to do with this. If I post a pic of you with a fist sized pickle up your ass would it be ok?

Of course it wouldn't because I would need your approval to use your photo. Now most people dont care with the whole facebook thing going on, but if you ask someone to remove a picture of you from their website, they better do it or blur your face out or w/e, as it is lawsuit material.

In 2005 for fun a couple of friends and I wanted to know the truth about all this. We called 3 different police stations and told a story.

Why would you feel the need to confirm this with the police in the first place is the question that begs answering.

If this question came from the parent of a 14 year old, fine. But what motivates a man with no children to go through such lengths to know if it's legal?

I know that some of what has been said in this thread is fairly defamatory, I believe that such accusations without proof are wrong, but statements like this will only make them sound closer to the truth.

And good luck on a clear answer, if something happened, the only people who can do anything about it is the victims IF there are any.

Publicly slandering people especially on such a sensitive subject is wrong. No matter how many doubts you have it is still uncalled for.

Unless you have proof or have been wronged then you have no right to drag either of them in mud.Sure you can talk about it with your buddies or whatever, but now it's on the public domain for everyone to read.

'I'm a photographer' is the new 'I'm an artist'.

Totally, I'm a graphic designer and I've had to shoot some product at work for some rush jobs and it is a god damned science...

I'm a horrible photographer and feel bad every time I have to shoot product, but hey what the boss wants the boss gets and the worse the picture, the better my chances of her hiring an actual pro instead of dumping shit on my lap.

Has he?

Not to my knowledge, although a few people on here might read this thread and take a long hard look in the mirror. Let's not assume anything, the pics are annoying, his taste in women might questionable, but nothing more than that.

On the whole picture thing: People seem to think it's just point and shoot, but photography is a very deep discipline. We have a great camera here, I keep making shit shots 9 times out of 10.

I was 15 at my first rave and I thought (at the time) that it was perfectly normal. With some hindsight, I now know it's far from normal and I wouldn't want my children (if I have any, *crosses fingers*) to be anywhere near a rave at that age.

Sex with people their age at 15 doesn't bother me at all, being around a shit ton of drugs and people twice their age who dress like they're extras from Sesame Street is a little too much for me.

For the record, before the candy kids get all pissed off, I did dress like an extra from Sesame Street too, I'm just pointing out the facts.

If I could go back in time, I wouldn't change a thing, but I can't imagine the amount of the stress my poor parents must have been going through.

We just finished working on a friend's website, he brings a very distinct style to the table, blending clay sculpting, painting, photography and sometimes a bit of photoshop voodoo magic.

Check it out!

Anyway, freaks and geeks are way more fun ;)

Bah, it really depends...

Some of us think just the same: need to be attracted, but there are a whole range of factors other than looks that will attract us. The same goes for the opposite there are quite a few women that go for looks alone, like some bimbo I met that dates 6' or higher otherwise she aint interested... that girl probably missed the boat and wound up with some tall turd.

You gotta be physically attracted, but a pretty face won't make me smile or bring me through a whole range of emotions. A woman's intellect, values and sense of humor will.

It's all about balance.
