I'll agree with you that out of respect there should be some warning for lewd content as people may not want to see it, or be in an appropriate place to view it. Many threads however that contain said content have NSFW in the thread title. Mind you I said most, not all. Quite a few slip through the cracks and sometimes you get an eyeful of something you wish you hadn't seen. Happens to the best of us I get.
