Ils en vendent dans à peu près toutes les boutiques d'équipement de plein-air, la plupart du temps dans la section "alpinisme". Reste à voir quelles tailles ils ont et j'imagine qu'ils ont plusieurs modèles dont les prix varient. Va jeter un oeil! :)

Kim Hour is on Van Horne close to Plamondon metro if I'm not mistaking. In Verdun close to my place they have a few asian groceries, never had any trouble with them so far.

LeChat: d'après moi ton boss voulait dire "business casual"... Genre comme Daf disait, un pantalon propre ou une jupe avec un beau chandail (un t-shirt risque de faire trop relax). T'as plein de robes, porte-les avec des beaux souliers et des bijoux discrets (sans leggings en-dessous si possible, ça fait un peu trop streetwear pour le travail). Un excellent conseil que je me suis fait donner et que je répète, si tu peux sortir avec ce que tu portes sans rien changer, ça ne convient pas pour le travail.

Bah c'pas si pire. Pour en avoir déjà porté, je te dirais que c'est comme des shoes normales. Ton pied est dans la même position que les souliers avec une semelle mince, donc ça change pas ta démarche vraiment. T'es juste plus en hauteur. ;) Ce qui doit être compliqué (si c'est faisable, tout d'abord) c'est de conduire avec ça din pieds!

Of course being optimistic doesn't prevent someone from feeling bad! Shit happens to all of us. I always say there's 2 things in life, what happens and how we see it. The main difference is that optimism prevents bad stuff to become overwhelming.

Ruined: my dad's new wife!!!! I never seen someone so purely and plainly bad. Such a heartless bitch. The conversation I had with her today reminded me why I usually don't talk to her much.

It helps though! Ex: if someone starts a project and has some difficulty along the road, if they are optimistic they'll still believe in themselves and that they can get over it so they'll try to find a solution. Pessimistics would tell themselves it's too hard, they'll never make it and eventually give up. Positivism alone doesn't bring success, but it could be one of the elements of success.
