| Coolness: 66650 | exercise makes people more energetic, and happier, which is also a plus side to it. even if you're not losing weight, gaining weight, or gaining muscle mass, its still beneficial to your body in many ways. also, the more exercise done now, will contribute to your well-being as you increase in age. |
