I'm not bullshitting. I don't like feeling sleepy when I listen to something, and that's what nintendo music does. It makes me fall asleep and dream that the best I can do for graphics is a smiley little guy who jumps funny. At least the Fire Man stage is still rather nice. But those drums, they're awful!

I like lo-fi as long as it comes out at high quality. Does that make sense? Experimental music with good mics, that's still lo-fi but it comes out crisp, like you're in the room. Nanoloops is fun but it's only one texture. But I mean if you think my stuff is lo-fi... well... you probably haven't heard it, like most people. Maybe I might want to host a couple of the newer tracks on this [ rave.ca ] radio but it's sort of moot for me.
