errr i already did that to clean some gum infection, but no high whatsoever for me... heh
+ it kinda damages the gums, mostly because of the vinegar (it makes my red gums becoming an ill-looking whiteish light pink)

I stopped before really having a hole, but still had some parts between upper nostrils that were so thin that it felt like there was a hole.
I also had lots of sneezing and alternating drying/running nose.

After 18 months of being totally clean (excepted alcohol), I can still feel my nose a little fragile, but no more sneezing nor drying/running nose (well, not more than usual) ; but I sometimes kinda automedicate with my food, I don't smoke, and I regularly practise hatha yoga, viêt tai chi, and qi gong, which much help rebalancing physical (and mental) issues.

I've also always had a little sensitive nose, bleeding once in a while when I blow it too hard or when I inhale too much dust/pollution. Now it feels a little weaker than before, but much better than over a year ago :)

I think regeneration depends on people's metabolism and lifestyle/habits, and also on how severed the body part was... I think that it's unlikely your nose will feel as strong as before, but at least, I think you can help it very much (and also your body+mental, in general) with your lifestyle (learning how to breathe deeply with for example hatha yoga or qi gong, minding what you eat, having good sleep quality and quantity, doing some physical exercising, balancing your vital energy with (viêt) tai chi, qi gong, or falun dafa, ...).

I can't find the last 3 Heroes:Destiny webisodes on the web, and I can't watch them on the official website because I'm located in France.

This is about one hour of (ragga-)jungle (Congo Natty, Jungle Therapy/Znootpoch, NPK, ...) getting into hardtek (45 King) and then half an hour of downtempo hardfloor/hardcore (Toxic Zone, Infrabass, ...)

I experimented scratching and playing with buttons and faders, whence the dirty and freestyle transitions :P
