How are you parsing message bodys? Are you using a lexical+syntactical analyser, or did you write your own grammar rules?

this looks like a parenthesing/bracketing problem... you just have to use an integer variable which you increment for each opening NOPARSE and decrement for each closing NOPARSE; then you should be in "noparse" mode if and only if this variable is non-null.

ya pas de remède magique, mais plusieurs de ces ingrédients sont bons pour prévenir ou soigner les symptomes des froids en tous genres (grippe, rhume, bronchite, angine, etc.).
certains partagent des effets communs, mais en gros ce cocktail est tonifiant pour les nerfs, stimulant, antiseptique, apaisant pour les voies repiratoires, et améliore la digestion

autres ingrédients très bons pour ça : agrumes (surtout citron et orange), gingembre, eucalyptus, thym.

faut pas trop mettre de muscade ni de cannelle par contre, à haute dose la muscade ralentit la circulation sanguine et c'est un peu psychotrope (oui mais non, point trop n'en faut ;) !) et la cannelle est irritante.

la rue (ruta) je connais pas les effets, et j'ai jamais essayé.
