i moved on november 1st, which was over 6 months after, and i was already going really really good before that.

as for what you added... before my "communication breakdown", we still used to see each other and have fun like in the "good old days" (or almost), but anyway... it was actually doing us more bad than good. to me, the problem is in attachment/dependency/affective link mistaken for love.

Keith i've been through approximately the same kind of story as yours... then it ended about a year ago, i've been through about 2 months of huge pain, trying to contact her as soon as i found a good reason to do so, and would it be on the phone or face to face, it was always worse and worse even though i thought the opposite at that time...
My best move has been to make something she couldn't stand (but i didn't know at that time)... then she totally broke the communication with me... which i should have done from the beginning ! That's really at that point, when the communication totally ends (no news whatsoever), and when i stopped thinking about her all the time and like a loss, that things became really better !

btw at that time i started yoga and jogging and it really helped me feel better and change A LOT of things in my life & personnality. don't fear change, it's always good, even if it seems risky or stupid at first.

et surtout ça coûte inutilement et horriblement cher ! mais bon, si on veut être "in" et "hype" et "trendy" et "in the move of the fashion yeah man come on bring your style and attitude" c'est sûr qu'il vaut mieux sortir les billets et aller dans les magasins "à la mode"...

the kola is a plant/tree which yields nuts, that are (or at least "were") used in "cola flavourings", such as coke, sweets, syrups, ...
this nut contains caffeine and several things i don't know, but it can be crushed into powder and then mixed into anything edible (i use mere water).

some smartshops in amsterdam sell it (and that's where i bought mine !)

as for the effects, they're quite mild (but everything depends on the dosage, like with everything). kola extract is used in homeopathy, for example, as a global vitalizer... helps having a better stamina.
i usually take 2-3 spoons mixed in water (it's not really tasting good but i don't mind), and i've got lots of energy for hours (nothing to be compared with speed), and over 3 spoons i have inner rushing feelings (like huge brain accelerations) and trippy visions&hearings. i like it mixed with alcohol&thc, the whole thing is quite similar to a low mushroom take :)
