i don't question your enlightenment here, but i think you're incoherent on a few levels, such as what Anne "should" do and where the selfishness is involved here.

Anne is a free being, her mind and actions follow what they follow, would it be her own will or God's game or fate or whatever you call it ; but i don't think you have any right to force her doing anything ( even according to some "promise" or "vow" ).

As for lying, there's actually no perfect balance at any level in this world, and lies have their place as much as love, hate, wisdom, envy, etc... Even if you are "perfect" or almost now, she certainly isn't more than you (as you said it), and thus she hasn't to be absolutely truthful, even towards you.

Still, life is a complex moving equilibrium at many different levels, and you being towering above it wouldn't compel anybody to be attracted by negative things.
