i just do the opposite : i begin with a hot shower, wash myself with soap, then rinse with ice-cold water

it's very efficient to wake up, and to feel fresh and cool afterwards (even with moist heat outside)

moreover, it's working like a sauna : hot water opens the pores, so that dirt can be washed more efficiently and deeply, and then cold water tightens the pores, so that the skin is healthier and you feel more dynamic and purified.

about the rating, because it's public judgement, which can't be taken seriously (not everybody will rate seriously anyways), and because i don't think it's a good thing to rely on other people's judgement for reading posts or looking at pics... and in the end, this kinda turns it all into a rather unsensible contest/competition. (this is just my point of view)

about the dating, because i think internet dating is rather unhealthy/unseemly in the first place... but i know you have dotmate with noah, so i definitely won't expect you to agree with me on this one. but besides that, i think this really doesn't fit with a nightlife community website, where i expect to find information about events and a means to stay in touch with people attending these events*... and not to find a raver fuckfriend i've never met, nor a "computed soul mate". my 2 cents, i'm leaving canada in a month anyway... this website has allowed me to meet a lot of my current friends in montreal, and to have an incredibly busy nightlife for the past year, and i'm really thankful to all of you who contributed to it ; but still, this has had nothing to do with cyber-dating.
