It makes it easier for you to open up to people and to feel compassion towards them, but it also makes you let go of any kind of attachment... the problem is that what most people call Love is a kind of attachment, of dependance to someone.
E does make you feel better with people in general, but i think it prevents you to have a "love relation" with other people as they would expect it. Moreover, since you're not exactly on the same "wavelength" anymore, getting connections and emotional bounds with others can get more difficult.
