i think the downfall was apparent when they started booking relatively unknown locals like axel klein and omni (no offense!). Definately showed they were slacking off and didnt feel like putting the money and effort into bringing international talent anymore. And also that their crowd didnt really care either. they were there to take some drugs and harass girls.
