how can you prove that any one of these people have the whole file? when im downloading a file on bittorrent it uploads it to other people, even if im like at 1% of the download.

spooky: what can you prove with those ip adresses? that all those people have fractions of a possibly illegal file? Those fractions of files arent illegal, the files themselves are.
