Anti-Matter was first produced at CERN's particle accelerator in the early 90's and continues to be produced - although instantly annihilated - as part of research into the Grand Unified Theory (GUT). Using it as a weapon is simply a matter of storing it in big enough quantities long enough to get it somewhere you don't like. When antimatter reacts with matter the two destroy each other completely and generate total conversion of mass to energy, which is, as they say, really fucking big.

And as for Michael Moore, I find it highly ironic that the Republicans, of all people, are charging someone with buying votes. I guess it's only illegal if the amount changing hands is under $1 million... which is fairly standard Republican fare, given that they don't really like ANYTHING that costs less than a million. Especially people.

I'm not really smart or anything though, I just happened to watch that movie a few days ago :D

Anyway, it's extremely encouraging to see that at least one nation is looking forward to asteroid resource harvesting and lunar exploitation... my own government appears to have abandoned space exploration and exploitation entirely, in favour of preserving the status quo (read: oil trade)

I hope they serve Jagermeister in Montreal :D
